Friday afternoon, Nana V and Grandpop McMellon came up to see Baby V. The weather cooperated enough that we were able to take a nice little walk and we all took turns pushing the stroller! :) Virginia sat in her bumbo seat for a while - we were all so proud of her! It's the first time she's really sat in it for over a couple of minutes.
Earlier today, Vera and I took Virginia to Lake Lynn to feed the ducks - it was overcast, but the temp was great and it was nice just to get out when we knew it would end up being a rain day indoors. I think the ducks were all taking naps when we got there though. I've never seen the lake so devoid of pheasants, still we enjoyed ourselves!
It was good to see them - Jim's mom is going to England for a bit and I know she enjoyed seeing Little V before she heads off. We'll have to keep up with her while she's gone through the posts!
