We've been trying to get to Charlotte ever since my friend Jenny had her little one about a month ago. I just couldn't wait to get my hands on that little baby girl! This past Sunday we finally made it, even if only for a few hours. Getting out of the house with a little one is never easy and we finally left Raleigh about 12:30 and arrived at Jenny's at 3pm. Little Kendall Faith is so precious and small but there's nothing small about her hair, She's got a rockin' DO! :)
The weather was quite pleasant so we went for a walk around Jenny and Jeff's neighborhood but Kendall was hungry so she and her mommy had to go back for a snack. We watched a few videos of Jenny in the hospital and snapped a few photos and by then unfortunately it was time to head back home because Baby V's bedtime was quickly approaching. We left shortly after 6 and got home around 8:45 just in time to give V her last ba-ba and settle her down for the night. Lots of driving, but well worth it to meet little Kendall Faith and to catch up with Jenny and Jeff!
